The 22nd Sport Godalming Bowls Championship Finals took place at Godalming & Farncombe Bowls Club on Thursday 21st August in front of the Godalming Town Mayor and an enthusiastic audience.
The Finalists were all members of the host Club. The winner of the Men’s final was Rob Boxall who beat seven time winner Alex Neil 21-15.
The winner of the Ladies final was Chelsea Macfarlane, who beat Lyn Gray 21-11. This was 16-year-old Chelsea’s third win in four years.
The evening concluded with a welcome buffet supper prepared by the club.
