The 23rd Annual Godalming Sports Awards, held on November 28th at the Wilfred Noyce Community Centre, celebrated local athletes and volunteers. The event featured guest speakers Martin Cosser and Helen Jenkins. The mayors of Godalming and Waverley were in attendance, and photos were provided by Sam Hector Photography.
Since 2012, we've celebrated our Go for Gold program by offering bursaries to help aspiring athletes succeed in their sports.
We're proud to introduce a few of our champions. Many overcame challenges beyond their sport, especially during the tough years of 2020-2022. Their resilience and determination through uncertainty are a true testament to the power of sport.

Every year we host an awards night to celebrate everything good in sport in the local area.
Our winners are nominated by people who believe they deserve recognition for their dedication and/or success in their sport.
